I’ve seen pictures of the MacBook Air from various sites covering Macworld and it looks pretty awesome but I didn’t realize how thin this baby was before I spotted the first unboxing video of it.

With the recent announcement of Apple holding talks with Japanese carriers over the iPhone, one can surmise two things are imminent. First is that 3g is a certainty as the cell providers in Japan don’t use edge. Two is that loops for cell phone straps are a given. Japanese people are crazy about cell phone straps and providing one without loops for a strap would almost certainly be seppuku (suicide) for Apple.
